The SHR3E soft starter is a brand-new integrated inteligent motor control and protection product launched by shuoshi Electric, Combining richexperience in industry applications and a deep understanding of customers special application requirements, and based on years ot product
research and development, it has added new functions, improving the reliability and convenience of customer applications.
The soft starter is a digital motor soft starting product. It can control the motor to accelerate smoothly during the starting process and deceleratesmoothly during the stopping process, and it provides protection functions for both the motor and the produc itself it is the best upgradedalternative to traditionalstar-delta and reactor starters. t is suitable for asynchronous squirelcage motors with a power range of0.75-90kW.
The soft starter is equipped with an RS485 communication interface and supports the Modbus protocol, enabling comprehensive remote controland monitoring by a microcomputer. It can be widely used in industries such as textiles, metallurgy, agriculture, petroleum, chemical watertreatment, shipping, transportation, pharmaceuticals, food processing, mining, and mechanical equipment.
Function
The SHR3E series soft starters can directly set the parameters of starting time, stopping time and initial voltage through three potentiometersAll models in the SHR3E series soft starters have built - in bypass relays. Users do not need to additionally install external bypass contactors.The soft start adopts the voltage ramp starting method.
During the soft stop process,the output torque can be maintained (final torque control), thus effectively preventing the water hammer effectt can adont two connection methods, delta externalconnection and star externa connection.Real -time data (phase A current, phase B current, phase C curent, average current, etc,) can be read through communication.*NoteFault history records (10 fault history records, etc,) can be read through communication. *NoteStatistical data (cumulative number of starts, cumulative running time,cumulative number oftrips, etc,) can be read through communication.*Note

In applications with conventional loads:
Such as water pumps, compressors, ventilation equipment, conveying equipment, etc.The SHR3E soft starter can be selected according to the rated power of the electric motor(Note: For heating equipment, the selection can be made according to the rated current.)
For applications with heavy loads:
such as centrifugal fans, mixers, grinders, blenders, or equipment that needs to befrequently started within a short period of time, SOSlCN recommends that you selecta soft starter one rating higher than the rated power of the electric motor.
